The Tineco FLOOR ONE S5 Steam is a US-spec corded appliance rated 120V, 60Hz, 1440W. UAE mains power runs on 220–240V, 50Hz, so this unit will not run safely or correctly on a UAE socket without a step-down voltage transformer — a simple plug adapter is not enough, since adapters only change the plug shape, not the voltage.

To use this machine in the UAE, pair it with a step-up/step-down voltage transformer rated at least 2000W (roughly 35–40% above the unit's 1440W draw, which is the safe headroom recommended for motorized appliances with a heating element).
